1. Talk to experienced real estate agents—like us!

Before you get psyched up to do battle at the negotiation table for your dream home, start out with a no-pressure conversation about your current situation, your short- and long-term goals, and what the market is like right now.

2. Get pre-approved.

This is a critical step. Not only does this establish what you can afford, it will improve your offer and speed up your closing timeline. Don’t skip it. We can help.

3. Finding “The One.”

Now the fun can begin. We’ll start by looking at your “Musts,” “Loves,” and “Likes” to find the right property for you. You also get the benefit of our experience when touring a property to help you understand the perks, problems, and opportunities with each location. We will also keep you up to date on price changes and new listings as they come into the market.

4. Making an Offer.

Your offer will be unique, because you are unique. We will help you craft an appealing offer and field negotiations and counter-offers. This is where our teamwork and experience can save you time, money, and headaches. We are also there for inspections, appraisal, and title-checks as your advocate and resource.

5. Closing & Escrow.

After we’ve worked out the details of the deal, it’s time to go through all the legal paperwork. Your loan is finalized, funds are transferred, fees are paid, and the title to the home is yours. Don’t know all the technical industry jargon? We’re fluent in it, and we’ll guide you through the entire process, right up to putting the keys in your hands.

6. Moving.

You thought you could get rid of us that easy? Ha! We’ll still be there for you as you settle into your new home.
